Hi, I am glad you’re here.
I am Tod Wickersham a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor & Lifestyle Practitioner who works with people who are struggling with low energy, excess fatigue, memory issues and lack of focus and who feel like they are losing their edge or are struggling to keep up. Often my clients are dealing with a chronic health challenge, experienced a life changing event, or don't understand what's slowing them down. They have seen doctors and specialists, received prescriptions, tried diets, healthy eating plans, supplements with little or no sustained benefits.
With a holistic systems approach to restoring and building the foundations of health, I help men and women uncover the roots and address the terrain of their conditions to improve their energy, memory, and mental clarity to get their edge and joy back, be productive and realize their personal and professional goals, so that they can play more, love more, give more, achieve more, laugh more, create more, travel freely, realize their goals, be in nature, experience art, and enjoy time with family and friends.
